B. Processing of Personal Data in the Case of a Purchase
If you make a purchase with us, we will process the details you provide. These are mainly billing details:

We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract – deliver goods or services to you. We will also communicate with you through your contact details regarding the status of your order, potential claims, or your inquiries.

This is processing based on Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the GDPR – fulfillment of a contract and Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c) of the GDPR – fulfillment of a legal obligation.

For the duration of our service and then for the time necessary to make a claim due to damaged goods, for a maximum of 2 years from the last provision of such a service or delivery of goods.
C. Newsletters (Commercial Communications)
If you are a purchasing customer and did not opt-out during the purchase, we will use your email address to send you our news.

This is allowed by Section 7, paragraph 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, if you did not opt-out during the purchase.
